Indian film director S S Rajamouli’s epic film ‘Bahubali’ has secured its place in international box office’s top 10 movies within a week of its release with an opening of over $20 million. HIGH COURT ORDERS TO SAVE BAAHUBALI

Piracy is the one major problem that is bothering the entire film industry from a long while and the latest sensation  Baahubali  is no longer an exception to this. Prior to the release, makers of  Baahubali  requested everyone not to encourage piracy and also warned miscreants who try to piracy the film of serious consequences. Despite such appeals,  Baahubali  pirated version of both  Baahubali  Telugu and Hindi version is out in no less time. This prompted the makers to approach the High Court and bring a John Doe order to curb piracy. The court has ordered mandatory injunction to all ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) & Websites to remove and block all pirated content related to  Baahubali.  Any violations lead to serious legal proceedings as per the new directive. In Baahubali, the Invention of a New Language Called Kiliki

A lot has already been written and raved about, regarding the painstaking amount of detailing that has gone into the making of the magnus opus  Baahubali . Being the linguist that he is, Madhan Karky who was in charge of the Tamil dialogues, after hearing the requirements of director S S Rajamouli, decided to create from scratch an entirely new language called  Kiliki  to be spoken by a tribe called  Kalakeyas , akin to the Elvish language spoken in  The Lord of The Rings . Madhan after quite some homework, coined 750 new words for the language using consonants on the basis of the mood in which the words were spoken in the movie. He then went about creating a rough sketch of 40 grammar rules to be applied, while using those words in a sentence. After everything was documented, dedicated interpreters and specialists were employed during the shoot to help the actors with the pronunciations. THE FILM MAKERS' DI (DIGITAL INTERMEDIATE) PARTNER ANNAPURNA DELIVERED THE FIRST EVER DI PROCESS ATTEMPTED IN INDIA IN THE SCALE OF HOLLYWOOD FILMS Not only did SS Rajamouli's  Baahubali  break numerous box-office records but the film also broke several technological boundaries.  The film's editor and DOP KK Senthil Kumar spent hundreds of man hours for post-production, over a period of 24 months. The film makers' DI (digital intermediate) partner Annapurna delivered the first ever DI process attempted in India in the scale of Hollywood films.  "It was a pioneering effort," CV Rao, Head of DI at Annapurna Studios said.
