11 best tech workplaces in India for 2015
India's Best Companies to Work for in 2015 list is out. The Economic Times, alongwith Great Place to Work Institute, recently concluded its annual study aimed at identifying the best companies to work for in India in 2015. Over 700 organisations, across 20 industries participated in the survey. As part of this assessment, organisations were studied under two different lenses: Firstly, perceptions of the organisation's employees were measured. Over 1,80,000 employees were surveyed in all. Secondly, strength of people-related management practices of the organisations was assessed using a framework developed by the Institute. The list ranks the companies who have stood out to emerge as the best companies to work for in India in the midst of peculiarities of the country's culture, demographics and economy.
